In 1998, Joe White's compassion for all children led to the foundation of Kanakuk Ministries. This 501(c)(3) non-profit organization has several areas of outreach ranging from school-building in Haiti to evangelical crusades for teenagers and college students to Christian camp experiences for urban youth and families.

We are thrilled to provide Christian camp experiences for our Kanakuk kampers, but we know that helping others grow and serving their needs shouldn't be limited to a few weeks in summer. So we work year-round through a number of ministries, maximizing our financial and human resources and keeping faith with foundational Biblical principles.
