Our "No Hassles" Exchange / Return Policy
If you have an exchange or return, please do so within 30
days from delivery so we can handle it quickly and accurately. To insure this
happens, we need you to follow these simple steps:

Fill out the enclosed return form indicating the reason for your return
and how you wish us to process it.

Enclose both the packing list and the return form along with the merchandise
and send it back to us.

To assure proper delivery and handling, place the "yellow return goods"
label provided on your packing list to the outside of your package. Please note
that the customer making the return or exchange will be responsible for the
return shipping cost unless Kanakuk made an error. If you feel this is the
case, please call (417) 266-3290 for return authorization. For exchanges, Kanakuk
will pay the shipping cost of sending your new/exchanged item back to you.
Was your Package Damaged?
If your order was damaged in shipment, please hold the
merchandise and save the package that it came in. Give us a call at
(417) 266-3290 and we will have UPS pick up and inspect the package so we can
make it right for you.
Shipping Costs
We do not increase our shipping charges to make a profit or
charge an extra handling fee. The shipping prices we charge for an order
reflect as much as possible the actual cost of shipping an item.
